Synopsis

In this documentary Katharine Hepburn speaks openly about their relationship at last, she reads a letter she had written to him, which she later included in her autobiography. She recalled their last years together, when he was ill and had trouble sleeping, and she would sit on the floor by his side and talk. She wondered why he drank. "What was it, Spense?" she asked.
